Richard Carré
BSc (Hons) MRICS | Director
Richard Carré is the founder of Carré Consultancy. He is responsible for the day to day running of the business as well as being the lead surveyor on a number of client accounts. Richard is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 20 years’ experience. He strives to provide a personable client centric approach that is underpinned with a wealth of expertise and professionalism. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and can frequently be spotted running around his home town of Whitstable.
Paul Dilnutt
BSc (Hons) | Associate Director
Paul Dilnutt is an Associate Director and Building Surveyor. He acts as the project lead for our residential, commercial and education sector clients. Paul has successfully achieved his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Surveying and is actively working toward being a qualified Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is diligent in his approach and enjoys introducing his creative flair through the medium of expertly drafted technical drawings. In his free time Paul enjoys mountain biking his way through woodland trails.
Timothy Baker
LLB(Hons) BSc(Hons) FFPWS CEng MIStructE | Consultant Structural Engineer
Tim Baker is a Chartered Structural Engineer and Fellow of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors with over 40 years’ experience in project management with particular expertise in the appraisal and repair and refurbishment of buildings. Away from work he enjoys singing and walking often at the same time.
Laura White
Carré Consultancy | Office Manager
Laura is our Office Manager and she is responsible for day-to-day administrative functions. Laura is an excellent organiser and a great people person. She is up to date on the status of all of our instructions and is always on hand to assist with any queries. Laura is also in charge of the finances and her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics is a great asset. Away from work Laura enjoys Karate, in which she has achieved the level of third degree black belt and she is also an expert baker.
Aaron Harlow
Carré Consultancy | Trainee Building Surveyor
Aaron Harlow is a Graduate Building Surveyor who has completed his Master of Science degree. He has experience in project management and the repair and refurbishment of buildings. Away from work Aaron enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the countryside with their dog.
