Richard Carré

Director

Richard Carré is the founder of Carré Consultancy. He is responsible for the day to day running of the business as well as being the lead surveyor on a number of client accounts. Richard is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 20 years’ experience. He strives to provide a personable client centric approach that is underpinned with a wealth of expertise and professionalism. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and can frequently be spotted running around his home town of Whitstable.

Paul Dilnutt

Associate Director

Paul Dilnutt is an Associate Director and Building Surveyor. He acts as the project lead for our residential, commercial and education sector clients. Paul has successfully achieved his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Surveying and is actively working toward being a qualified Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is diligent in his approach and enjoys introducing his creative flair through the medium of expertly drafted technical drawings. In his free time Paul enjoys mountain biking his way through woodland trails.

Building Surveyor

Oscar Ruben has joined the team as a Building Surveyor. He has come from a private practice background, with experience in residential pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, Party Wall disputes and Statutory Applications. Oscar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Surveying from Brighton University and is working towards his Assessment of Professional Competence with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Oscar assesses buildings using a well structured approach that carries across all aspects of his role. When not at work, Oscar relishes competing with a local football team.

Felicity Cooper

Technical Administrator

Felicity Cooper is the practices’ Technical Administrator. Her key duties involve the provision of administrative and technical support to the teams surveyors. Felicity has an abundance of administrative competence with a sound history of construction industry experience. Felicity has a keen eye for detail and works tirelessly to ensure high standards of output in all that she does. At home, Felicity appreciates time in her picturesque cottage garden and family time.
